The Comfort Elite III is the perfect way to enjoy an outdoor event with class. There are three private, individual restroom stations with each containing a sink, porcelain urinal on the men’s side, mirror, soap & paper dispensers, automatic air-freshener dispensers and an LED porch light & occupancy indicator on the outside entrance of each station. The Comfort Elite III is best suited for functions with up to 250 people, or more if the trailer is being used to supplement facilities already in place. Power and Water Requirements for the Comfort Elite III Trailer Power: Access to main power source within 50 feet of the trailer consisting of one (1) 15 amp, 120-V electrical outlet on a dedicated circuit. Failure to provide appropriate electrical source could cause damage to the heating/cooling unit on the trailer. If the power supply is inadequate, Austin Outhouse will not provide access to the heating/cooling units. Water: Access to a water source within 50 feet of the rear of the trailer with at least 30 PSI. A standard garden hose fitting is required for water service to the trailer. The restroom trailer will not work without a sufficient water supply. |
